Susan Chibomba

Company Secretary and Legal Advisor

Susan is the Company Secretary/Legal Counsel. She has worked for World Vision Zambia Limited for 13 years in different capacities. Her role is to support the Board to fulfill its governance function by ensuring it has effective processes to meet the legal and World Vision International governance standards. She also provides internal legal support and ensures statutory compliance. Also, Susan oversees the Enterprise Risk Management Unit, which ensures that the organization implements effective systems to identify, assess, manage, respond to and monitor risks.

Prior to joining World Vision, Susan worked as an Associate for MSM Legal Practitioners in Lusaka. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Zambia and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town. She is Christian and congregates at Salvation Army church
