Mr. Christopher Lalusha

Board Member

Christopher Lalusha joined the World Vision Zambia Limited Board in 2024 and currently serves on the Audit and Risk Committee. He is also currently serving as the VisionFund Zambia Limited Board Chairperson.

Christopher is an experienced CIO and business executive working with the National Pensions Scheme (NAPSA) with extensive experience in Digital transformation, Business management, Banking, IT governance and Technology Management, Cyber security and risk management, change management, Data science, program and project management etc. He has over 18 years’ experience, the majority of which has been spent in the banking sector across Africa. He brings a wealth of both cultural and business experience, having worked in countries such as Zambia, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda.

Prior to Joining NAPSA, Christopher served as the Group Chief Information Officer for Fidelity Bank Ghana where he was responsible for the Technological and digital innovations for the bank and its subsidiaries. Before joining Fidelity Bank, he served as the Group Chief information officer – Banking and Financial services, for Equity Group Holdings, Kenya; where he was responsible for the IT infrastructure, digital platforms as well as the IT Service management of the whole group.
